Bear Combo Hunt Pricing
Ever thought about hunting for two bears in one week?? Here in Maine you can take one bear by hunting (bait, hounds, stalk hunting) and one by trapping.
We offer three combo hunts:
Bear over Bait/Trapping Combo Hunt $3600 per hunter
(Bait Season is Aug 28-Sept 23, 2023; Bear Trapping season is September 1-Oct 31, 2023)
Bear over Bait/Hound Combo Hunt $4000 per hunter
(Hound Bear Hunting is September 11- Oct 27, 2023; Bait Season is Aug 28 – Sept 23, 2023)
Hound/Trapping Combo Hunt $4000 per hunter
(Hound bear Hunting is September 11-Oct 27, 2023; Bear Trapping is September 1-Oct 31, 2023)
By combining the hunts this will increase your chances of getting that beautiful Maine Black Bear!
Applicable taxes and fees will be added to all hunts.

Bear over Bait hunt $2600 per hunter (plus tax)
Trapping ONLY Hunt $2600 per hunter (plus tax)
Hound Hunt (Week) $3600 per hunter (plus tax)
Non hunting observer $1300 person (plus tax)
Non hunting guest $1000 per person (plus tax)
Pick up from Presque Isle Air Port $150 (covers round trip)

Hunt Deposit:
50% Deposit due at time of reservation to guarantee your reservation. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Balance due 30 days before your hunt.
ALL Hunts Cancelation Policy:
Reservation deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE.
Fall Hunts and accommodations are NON REFUNDABLE
Bear Hunt What’s included:
Lodging from Sunday to Saturday
All home cooked meals (Sunday evening to Saturday morning)
All bait for the week
Tree stand and harness/ground blinds and chairs
Professional Guide
Transportation from Lodge to bear site
Transportation to tagging station and processor
Bed linens and bathroom linens
Washer/dryer for personal use
Firing range to site in guns, and bow
Parking for trucks and trailers
What is NOT included:
Licenses; Gratuities (15-20% is customary); Meat Processing Fees; Taxidermy Fees; Weapons’/Ammo, additional snares ($40 each)

Bull week #1 Sept 25-September 30, 2023 (Peak Rut)
Bull week #2 Oct 9 -Oct 14, 2023 (Post peak Rut)
Cow week Oct 22 – Oct 28, 2023
Bull moose hunts $6300 per permit holder(hunter) & sub permit holder – plus tax
Cow moose hunts $4500 per permit holder(hunter) and sub permit holder – plus tax
Non hunting guest $1000 per person (plus tax)
Non hunting observer $1300 person (plus tax)
Pick up from Presque Isle Airport $150 (covers round trip)

Moose Hunt What’s Included:
Professional Guide knowledgeable of your zone and moose behavior
First Class Accommodations from Sunday to Sunday
Bed linens & Bathroom linens
All transportation during your hunt
All home cooked meals (Sunday evening to Sunday morning)
Range to site in your weapon of choice
Retrieval of your moose (We quarter in the field)
Transportation to processer, tagging station & taxidermist
Washer/Dryer for personal use
Ample secure parking for trucks and trailers

Any Gate Fees into Northern Maine Woods ($15 non resident per day and
$11 per day for resident of Maine)

Hunter needs to bring:
Thermal Cell (highly recommended)
Comfortable foot wear (hunting boots and tall water proof boots)
Sent blocker hunting gear
Blaze orange (in conjunction with hunting laws)
A mixture of layers depending on the weather here in Maine
Head lamp
Back pack
Extra ammo or arrows & hunting tips
Hunting License
Medications
Spare glasses/Contacts if you have them
Hat and gloves (weather dependent)
