Rustic Retreat Lodge, LLC in Perham Maine on 170 beautiful acres of woods, fields and mountain views.

Small Wedding of 75 or less (including wedding party): $2500

Large Wedding of 150 or less (including wedding party): $3500

Small Weddings:

Small wedding 75 or less (including wedding party):

3 night/4 day stay for 10 at the lodge:  $3800

Week Stay (6 night/7 day) for 10 at the lodge: $4800

*Pricing is subject to all Maine taxes.**

We require venue insurance for day of the Event/Wedding. This must be provided to the venue before the event can take place. (NO Exceptions)

Pricing for Weddings are subject to change without notice. Unless you have a signed

contract & paid deposit.

Small Wedding Includes:

  • Parking area
  • 1 Smoking area
  • Prep kitchen use (non cooking).
  • Fire pit area and wood included.
  • Engagement photos using the lodge or grounds, (must be scheduled in advance & subject to date availability)
  • We supply rustic seating for wedding ceremony.
  • Rustic tables and benches for reception.
  • White table linens. (Other colors available via rental)
  • Use of the Mountain View Event Deck
  • Signage for Parking area, wedding signage at end of Maggie Drive.
  • 2 employees to help with reception/fire pit/clean bathrooms during wedding for up to 6 hours.
  • Reception can go until 1030 pm.
  • 1 Regular Portable Toilets from Peterson’s
  • 1 Handicap Portable Toilet from Peterson’s
  • 1 Hand wash station from Peterson’s

Add-On Options:

  • 1 Extra Employee to help day of Wedding/day before/day after for up to 5 hours $180.
  • Additional Regular Portable toilet $150 per day
  • Bathroom Trailer Rental $2000
  • Day of Wedding Coordinator $600 – Day of Coordination includes hiring us to be there all day of the wedding as well as coordinating with vendors for the timeline of the day, keeping drinks stocked, assisting the catering company with appetizers, coordinating with the DJ for the song order for wedding party entrance, and more.
  • Wedding Coordinator for weekend $1000 – Weekend Coordination includes everything listed above as well as decorating with any of your personal decorations per your direction and helping wedding party practice during rehearsal.
  • Pole Tent Pring available on the Rental Tab. Please Plan accordingly for your wedding.

Damage Deposit of $500 for the venue and it must be paid with a separate check at the time of the final payment. We will do our best to return it to the Renter within 7 days of the wedding IF NO Damages have occurred. The lodge and the prep kitchen must be returned in as good or better condition than it was received in. Venue insurance must be set up 60 days before the wedding naming the venue as second insured. In regard to alcohol, we only offer one option and that is going through a caterer. Your caterer is required to give us a copy of their liquor license for your event.

Large Weddings

150 Guest or less Wedding (including wedding party)

3 night/4 day stay for 10 at the lodge: $5600

Week Stay (6 night/7day) for 10 at the lodge: $6600

  • 3 employees to help with reception/fire pit/clean bathrooms during event/trash removal for 6 hours.
  • Reception can go until 10:30 pm.
  • 2 employees to assist with Wedding break down Sunday Morning, for 3 hours.

Payment and Cancelation Policy:

Payments:

  • 30% deposit to hold dates desired for Weddings and Non-Wedding Events. The deposit is NON-Refundable.
  • Weddings will have FULL balance due 60 Days before scheduled date.
  • Damage Deposits required for all Weddings and is due along with last payment 60 days before event.

Cancellation for Weddings:

  • 1 year before date of Wedding, client gets all monies paid returned except the non-refundable Deposit.
  • 363 days to 90 days before Wedding all balance forgiven, 3 quarters of money paid returned and deposit is non-refundable.
  • 89-61 days before Wedding half of any monies paid and deposit is non-refundable.
  • 60 days or less before the Wedding NON-Refundable.
  • Change of Mind on Dates after Date has been set- 15% rebooking fee and subject to date availability.
  • Cancellation due to Government Mandated Shutdown Order (Cannot be Open) – Reschedule of Event with no rebooking fee and dates are mutually agreeable (subject to availability).
  • Force Majeure, in the event that Aroostook County or Maine is red flagged due to an event beyond the client or the Rustic Retreat Lodge’s control. The Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC will allow movement of the event to another, mutually agreeable date, without penalty. In the event that, guest counts are lowered by Aroostook County (or State of Maine), we will encourage our clients to continue their contract. In the event that, masks or other PPE are mandated, the Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC will continue the contract and will not move the date.
  • Cancellations due to choice, when the Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC is legally able to host the event will not receive a refund.
  • Cancellation of Wedding due to weather conditions: Please prepare for your event accordingly. Events will not be held if it is danger to the client/guests. An alternative date can be set without a rebooking fee. If the weather is not a danger to the client/guests and they want to reschedule there will be a rebooking fee. We cannot control mother nature – please plan ahead!
