Weddings:

Small wedding 75 or less (including wedding party):

3 night/4 day stay for 10 at the lodge:  $3,500 plus tax.

Week Stay (6 night/7 day) for 10 at the lodge: $4,500 plus tax.

If you use OUR catering services you receive 15% off the venue price.

We require venue insurance for day of the Event/Wedding. This must be provided to the venue before the event can take place. (NO Exceptions)

Pricing for Weddings and Events are subject to chance without notice. Unless you have a signed contract and paid deposit.

  • 2 employees to help with reception/fire pit/clean bathrooms during wedding for up to 5 hours.
  • Reception can go until 1030 pm.
  • 1 Regular Portable Toilets from Peterson’s
  • 1 Handicap Portable Toilet from Peterson’s
  • 1 Hand wash station from Peterson’s

Add-On Options:

  • 30′ x 30′ Pole tent $800
  • 20′ x 40′ Event Tent $900
  • 1 Extra Employee to help day of Wedding/day before/day after for up to 5 hours $125.
  • Additional Regular Portable toilet $125 per day
  • Day of Wedding Coordinator $400 – Day of Coordination includes hiring us to be there all day of the wedding as well as coordinating with vendors for the timeline of the day, keeping drinks stocked, assisting the catering company with appetizers, coordinating with the DJ for the song order for wedding party entrance, and more.
  • Wedding Coordinator for weekend $600 – Weekend Coordination includes everything listed above as well as decorating with any of your personal decorations per your direction and helping wedding party practice during rehearsal.

Damage Deposit of $500 for the venue and it must be paid with a separate check at the time of the final payment. We will do our best to return it to the Renter within 7 days of the wedding IF NO Damages have occurred. The lodge and the prep kitchen must be returned in as good or better condition than it was received in. Venue insurance must be set up 60 days before the wedding naming the venue as second insured. In regards to alcohol, we only offer one option and that is going through a caterer. Your caterer is required to give us a copy of their liquor license for your event.

50 person or less event for five hours: $725 plus tax.

With a 10 guest one night stay: $1,200 plus tax.

Damage Deposit: of $250 must be paid before event can take place. We will do our best to return it to the Renter within 7 days of the event IF NO Damages have occurred. Also, must have a Credit Card on file before event takes place.

Additional hours can be purchased for $100 an hour.

Events will have two staff members on site during the duration of the event. They are there to take care of garbage and ensure bathrooms are clean.

We require venue insurance for day of the Event/Wedding. This must be provided to the venue before the event can take place. (NO Exceptions)

Payment and Cancelation Policy:

Payments:

  • 50% deposit to hold dates desired for Weddings and Non-Wedding Events. The deposit is NON-Refundable.
  • Weddings and Events will have FULL balance due 60 Days before scheduled date.
  • Damage Deposits required for all Weddings and Events. Due along with last payment 60 days before event.

Cancellation for Weddings and Events (Non-Wedding):

  • 1 year before date of Wedding or Event, client gets all monies paid returned except the non-refundable Deposit.
  • 363 days to 90 days before Wedding/Event balance forgiven and deposit is non-refundable.
  • 89-61 days before Wedding/Event half of any monies paid except Non-refundable deposit.
  • 60 days or less before the Wedding/Event NON-Refundable.
  • Change of Mind on Dates after Date has been set- 15% rebooking fee and subject to date availability.
  • Cancellation due to break up please follow above policy.
  • Cancellation due to Government Mandated Shutdown Order (Cannot be Open) – Reschedule of Wedding with no rebooking fee and dates are mutually agreeable (subject to availability). No rebooking fees. 
  • Force Majeure, in the event that Aroostook County or Maine is red flagged due to an event beyond the client or the Rustic Retreat Lodge’s control. The Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC will allow movement of the event to another, mutually agreeable date, without penalty. In the event that, guest counts are lowered by Aroostook County (or State of Maine), we will encourage our clients to continue their contract. In the event that, masks or other PPE are mandated, the Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC will continue the contract and will not move the date.
  • Cancellations due to choice, when the Rustic Retreat Lodge LLC is legally able to host the event will not receive a refund.
