Summer Pricing (Non-Holiday)

April to November

$180 per night (1-2 people); $30 per person per night over two people and up to 10 people. (2-night min.)

$1000 a week (6 nights/7 days; 1-2 people) $180 per person per week over two people and up to 10 people.

Kids Pricing: 5 years old or younger stay free.

We accept all major credit cards.

All nightly and weekly rates are subject to a 9% Maine State sales tax.

Winter Pricing (Non-Holiday):

December to March

$375 per night (1-6 people); $75 per person per night over six people and up to 10 people. (3-night min.)

$2000 a week (6 nights/7 Days; 1-6 people) $350 per person per week over six people and up to 10 people.

Holiday Pricing:

Christmas, New Year’s, and February School vacation nightly rate:

$400 a night for up to six people. $90 per person per night over six people and up to 10 people. (4-night min)

Christmas, New Year’s, and February School Vacation weekly rate:

$2200 (6 nights/7 days; 1-6 people) $400 per person over six people and up to 10 people.

Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving:  $200 a night for 1-2 people. $35 per person per night over two and up to 10. (3-night minimum)

The 4th of July weekly rate is $1200 (6 nights/seven days; 1-6 people), $200 per person per week over two but up to 10 guests.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards.

Maine Lodging tax of 9% will be added to all stays.

No pets allowed.

Deposit:

  • 50% deposit on all reservations to hold dates desired. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.  We currently accept all major credit cards. Cash and Checks are not accepted at this time.
  • If the balance is not paid at the 30-day mark as required, we reserve the right to cancel said reservation without a refund.
  • A $500 security deposit maybe required for groups of over six guests.
  • All nightly and weekly rates are subject to a 9% Maine State sales tax.
  • Confirmation of your reservation will be made upon the receipt of your deposit within five days of making a telephone reservation. We cannot risk losing a reservation while waiting long periods for a deposit.

Cancellation:

  • 120 Days or more before arrival, a full refund of the deposit. Less $100 administration fee.
  • 30-59 Days before arrival, 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival, No refund and no moving of dates to next season/year.
  • No refund on Fall accommodations.
  • Cancellation due to a virus-mandated shutdown is the same as giving 30-59 days’ notice.
  • Cancellation due to weather/snow is not refundable. We take a chance of mother nature not cooperating.
